Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Claude for Real Estate Professionals webinar pages and services provided by AI Integrations, LLC ("we," "us," or "our"). By registering or purchasing, you agree to these Terms.

1. The Service

We offer a free live training on June 25, 2026, and an optional paid VIP upgrade that includes a second day of content, recordings, a prompt library, and related resources. Details may change, and we may reschedule or update the program as needed.

2. Registration

You agree to provide accurate information when you register. You are responsible for keeping your join details secure.

3. Payment and Refunds

The VIP upgrade is a one-time payment of $25, processed by Stripe. Because the VIP includes immediate digital access and recordings, all sales are final unless otherwise required by law. If you have a billing issue, email [email protected].

4. Use of Materials

Prompts, resources, and recordings we provide are for your personal and professional use. You may not resell, redistribute, or publicly share them without our written permission.

5. No Guarantees

The training is educational. We do not guarantee any specific business, financial, or professional result. You are responsible for how you apply what you learn.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the pages or services, interfere with their operation, or use them for any unlawful purpose.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, AI Integrations, LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the services. Our total liability will not exceed the amount you paid us.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Hawaii, without regard to its conflict of law rules.

9. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. The effective date above shows when they were last revised.
